Cancer is a disease that overwhelms the body with harmful and excessive cellular growth. There deadly accessory of stage IV cancer; Staphylococcus aureus disease-serving bacterium can infiltrate tumor microenvironment to support malignancy. Furthermore, immune tolerance acquired as bacteria-infested cancerous mass forms collagen-reinforced extracellular matrix. The review discusses allergy-assisted cancer therapy wherein hyper-allergenic skin creams may impede bacterial contributions disrupt matrix, complicit tolerance.
